Last 2 I’ve had were at 3400 with 28.35 and 28.5

Smokin and a shootin! I don't think I've tested that lot but not sure. Making speed and looks to be shooting well, though.

Exactly same lot I'm shooting. 28.2 is making 3400 + or - out of my 25" pipe

Interesting, i have an 8 lb jug with that lot number for my 222. Curious to see how it performs

I think it’s more the barrel than the powder. I’ve used this lot on 2 previous barrels and was at 28.35 on 1 and 28.5 on the other at the same speeds

For what? Lol! I don't disagree but we have big matches all the time but yeah, the Nats and state matches are a little more special, I guess. Gott figure them out a bit too, though, at least IME. Always makes me nervous going to a big match with a bbl I don't really know pretty well.

Savor it; practice reading wind & fire-form cases with another barrel, etc.
