Craigslist find

So when I travel (driving) I like to search Craigslist for random items, usually machining related. Every once in awhile I can make a good buy on something, and this trip was one of those times. I had been on the hunt for one of these and was waiting for the right time to buy, well these was as "right" as I feel it could be. Bought everything for $200 bucks. Have you checked your local Craigslist this evening!

Durn, wished I could find one with all the goodies for close to that! Have a few builds I would like to mark but don't have the coin for anything real expensive as I won't be around or doing it for many more barrel jobs.

Yall start going to trophy shops and jewelry stores thats been in business forever and youll get that kind of deal. The trophy shops use cnc type engravers now and the old hermes are sittin in storage. I bought a floor model and a bench model and more fonts than that for around the same money

The guy I picked it up from said he bought it at a yard sell because it looked like something he might use one day, well he told me he never did and it just collecting dust.

I remember using a Hermes when i work for Outboard Marine Corp. (omc). Brings back memories.
