Coyote Jakes or BR Pivot?

I am looking for a new varmint stand I was very interested in the BR Pivot but am worried that they were cheapened up when they were bought by Caldwell they now look like a Coyote jakes I think they used to be made out of aluminum and now they are tube steel. any experience with these would be greatly appreciated. also nay one have any thoughts on tri pod legs versus 4 legs?

Our outfitter told us the biggest draw back with the BR Pivot is the weight and set up time. We just returned from our 7th year with this Outfitter and were still using the same benches and rest.
