COW fire forming for Dasher

What is your recipe for the COW fire forming method on the Dasher?

I neck up to a 6.5 cal. Then set my die to neck back to a 6mm until I get a tight bolt closing, that will be about half of the neck length.. Add 9 gr. of unique powder, fill with cream of wheat to half way into the neck and top with tissue paper and fire away. This will result in about 90% +/- formed case.
