Counter Sniper Scopes?

Actual name: Dark Ops. CounterSniper Scopes. So far it dosen't sound good for them...... I'll wait for more opinions.

I had a 10-40x56. Clarity is not bad. Adjustment knobs are a two piece unit where the center knob is an adjustment friction lock. If you loosen this to much, you can move the knob without adjusting the scope. Takes a bit to get used to. If you never touch your adjustment knobs, you might like this scope. Does NOT return to zero very well at all. I did like like the FFP.

"They appear to be top of the line scopes". And this statement is based on ?????

Furthermore, "mil-spec"? What part(s)?

Some ads said these were "contract overruns". What contact?

Complete advertising gimick.

Sorry shot410, the name alone turns me off. Not to mention all the off the wall advertising claims, like the before mentioned "mil spec", etc. I'll stick with my time proven, ever reliable Weaver's, Leupold's, older Redfield's, Unertl's, and even the Nightforce. ;D

I saw the contract overuns, also. They claimed mil-spec. What does that mean? Do they sell to the Army & Marines? I don't know, that's why I'm asking. What are the grunts using nowdays?
