Correct Leupold Base for Savage 12 FV

Does anyone know the correct scope bases for a Savage 12 FV? The Leupold site is very vague. I would think that Leupold's part number 55742 would be the one but It appears that the over sized bolt handle interferes with the mount. Any input?

Get an egw rail or the like because on a lot of savages you have to fight eye relief.

off midwayusa site:
•This mount will not fit the Savage 12F/TR with oversize bolt, the rear mount interferes with the bolt opening.

I would take that will be the same on the 12fv myself.
All I won are Savage rigs & I run EGW/weaver 1pc rails and now have been swapping out to the complete 1pc DNZ units.
I have 2 DNZ 1 pcs units on 2 of my 12FVs w/oversized bolt handle and NO bolt hitting problem at all.

Thanks, 5spd. I had never heard of them before. Do you know what the model number for those mounts is?

I have a dnz # 20200 on my 12fv 1" ring set and just measured scope clearance on my nikon4-16x40 scope and its .222" from bottom of objective to barrel. That is the MEDIUM height, should work with a 50mm objective as well.
The bolt clears the eye piece by about 1/4" opened and pulled back.
I also have it in 30mm dnz # 34200 (medium height) for one of my 30mm scopes.

Yes very satisfied. I have 3 of them now on my coyote & p-dog rigs.
I have 6 Nikons and got rid of my other scopes.
