The Cooper .223 is a single shot, bolt action rifle. It has a fully adjustable single stage trigger and three front locking lugs, with button ejector and Sako extractor. The rifle has beautiful AAA Select Claro walnut with fleur-de-lis wrap around checkering. It has an Ebony forend tip and metal grip cap. Has a Neider checkered butt plate and Leupold style rings. Barrel length is 22 inches; weight is 7 1/8 pounds; LOP is 13 3/4 inches. The rifle is gorgeous and in mint condition. Shoots 1/4 inch groups at 100 yards. I have a passion for those Coopers, I used to trade about every three years with First Stop. My favorite is the the 6/284 and then the .223AO. I would like to have yours, but we have a cancer problem in the family and it might get very costly.
