Is it just me or does it look like the bullets hesitate for just a split second when they get a couple inches away from the barrel?
Another thing is how much gas is ahead of the bullets. I wonder if this is why some guns shoot better with the bullets jammed into the lands? Maybe it reduces the amount of blowby and thus the bullet doesn't have to travel through it? Just a thought. It would be really cool to test it with a high speed camera.
On this video watch the second block. Gas comes out of the block after the bullet exits.
