Just wanted to congratulate BP1 on what I think is a remarkable achievement. Last year he competed in LR FTR for his first two times at 1000 yards at Bayou. He did very well with his 223 and 90 vld's, and decided he liked long rang. So he had Speedy G put together a hell of a nice 308 for him for this year to make a serious run at long range.
His first match at CTSA(500 yds) he set the course record with a 599/39. Then in his first two matches at Bayou at LR he set the Bayou course record, won both matches and made LR highmaster in FTR.
I think that is some remarkable shooting and from a great guy. Just hope he brings the 223 back out every once and awhile so I have a chance.
Congratulations
