Confused on how to set up the Atmosphere section

I am totally lost on how to set up the Atmosphere section.

How/where do I enter 993 mb for Station Pressure? as per my local weather? http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/eh4

Thanks

Go to the app preferences, and under "Atmosphere units" select "Metric".

Now your pressure input units will be hPa, which is hectopascals, which is the same as milibars (the mb that your weather channel reports).

For more info on hectopascals and milibars, you can read here: http://weather.mailasail.com/Franks-Weather/Hectopascals-And-Millibars

One more note, if you're getting the pressure from a weather channel or website, you'll have to also enter your altitude. In other words, the pressure reported from such sources is not absolute, so don't check the 'Pressure is Absolute' box.

Pressure input is a tricky one, having multiple units for english and metric doesn't help things, but the app will calculate correctly if you give it the right inputs.
