Concentricity: Where To Measure Loaded Rounds?

I have the 21st Century Concentricity tool with the new wheel. It's very easy to operate. My question is this: When measuring loaded rounds, where should the ball on the dial indicator be riding? On the neck, or the bullet just in front of the neck, or on the ogive where the bullet will contact the lands, or on the nose of the bullet, or somewhere else?

Hi,On a loaded round, I check about the middle of the bearing surface...
Unless everything is absolutely perfect checking the tip can be frustrating .

Its a judgement call. Obviously the further out on the tip you go the more accurate/ dicey things get.
