Compass Lake Engineering service rifle upper. It's about 20 years old, and has about 750 rounds through the barrel.
A2, Douglas Barrel - I *think* it's a 1:8. Might be a 1:7. Minor rust spot on outside of barrel. I believe it's a CLE chamber, but could be Wylde.
