Comparator/ seating depth question

If I used one specific brand of bullet (Berger 6mm 105 Hybrid) to find the lands in my rifle, will the comparator's measurement from the Bergers be applicable to other bullets also? (i.e. Sierra 107 SMKs, Hornady 108 ELDs, etc.) Or do you have to measure each bullet in the chamber and measure them separately with the comparator? Thanks!

Better to measure each brand and type. The ogive of each is likely different.

You may not even find the same measurement within the same box of bullets. Hornady's has shown me the most difference.

No, they will have different measures on each different type of bullet. If you don't have the same lot number sometimes there will be different measurements with the same type of bullet. That is pretty much the reason people sort their bullets.
