Colt SAA 44-40 w/Ivory grips, what's it worth ?

My "old" college roomate from years ago recently inherited a Colt SAA in 44-40. He asked me what the value is, and sadly my knowledge is extremely limited in this area. I told him if he sent some photos I would post them and try to get some ballpark figures. I can likely get additional pictures, but it may take a few days. Thanks for your assistance.
Stamped on side is Jan 19 75
> Serial appears to be 99192
> Also shows 105 900 on butt.
