Color case hardening

I am looking to get a Ruger # 1 color case hardened.

Can anyone share a lead on a competent source?

Yes Sir, I built this for my best friend. It was his grand father's rifle.

Turnbull is the only one I know of that can CCH alloy steel.

Great craftsmanship Butch, besides the case coloring I sure do like the boarder around the receiver.

Thats the number I callled when I used them. Real nice gal answered the phone and got me to a guy named Dennis Miller, who got me the quote and lead time for my project . They did a super job fixing someone's poor bluing/polishing on a custom barreled action Weatherby I built. I believe they quoted me 12-14 weeks, it was done in 7 or 8!

I have also used Turnbull a few times and they are beyond excellent to work with and their work is beautiful. I have been saving some pennies to have my father's 1886 redone by them.
