I notice that the "Collectible Firearms Protection Act" (H.R. 2611 in last Congress) has not been refiled. I'm curious if this might be because its provisions could be enacted by executive order, rather than legislation. Essentially, it would allow the re-importation of M1 Garands, M1 Carbines, etc. that the US donated to South Korea.
