Cocking cam versus extraction cam

Ill admit it I'm little new to gun lingo, but what is the difference between the 2? The reason i ask is im relubing rem 700 bolt and i found some literature that says to grease these two surfaces. Well google was very uninformative.

The cocking cam is on the bottom/rear of the bolt where the striker is cocked. The cocking piece slides along the slant to cock the firing pin. The other is at the base of the bolt handle where it contacts a slanted area of the action upon opening the bolt.
