Depending on where you are skills-wise, and what you want to get out of a coaching session, pretty much any match where F-Class shooters compete is a great place to get coaching, or at least advice (which may or may not be helpful 
).
Talk to folks at matches that seem to be successful, and see if you can persuade them to meet up with you on non-match days (buying lunch might help).
Lots of good/great shooters out there -some pretty darned solid folks at my club (Bridgeville Rifle and Pistol), who could help you out. I am sure there are other clubs and people out there who could do the same.
