CNC machine turning stocks

What brand of CNC are the stock makers using? Probably didn’t word it right, but sitting here you tubing and googling not really seeing anything that tells me what they are using. Thanks in advance.

For the wooden ones, aluminum or Fiberglass, Carbon fiber or polyester resin or ?

Just wood, sorry for being vague as you can see I’m pretty green to this. I remember back in the day people using a stock duplicator.

I saw wood stocks being cut on a regular CNC. Everything was covered in plastic to keep the wood dust out of the works. Was a personal project by the owner of the shop.

Haas 4 axis I believe is the unit of choice, if your wealthy.
