The file is one I created in discussion with others here trying to resolve the issues with ETs
This discussion is in terms known to people who have been using /repairing Kongsberg targets for a number of years. It does not include testing or how that was done as we already knew that. It does not discuss the holes created in the rubber or the destruction of the tension of the rubber membrane. Nor does it describe the bulge that grows in the centre of the target which blocks the direct line between the mics for sound wave recording though the solution for this is mentioned. There is now no tension to the rubber the sound chamber is now solid. The cables are being replaced as required with a woven metal cased cable.
There is more that can be added if required.
There are reports else were on Open face targets. I have dealt with some on my own system which is an early type.
