I use the PMA cradles and couldn’t be happier. You can purchase different pieces to make them to handle pretty much any size stock.

Best cleaning cradle on the market. I use the double cradle.

I guess if you clean at the range a cradle is a necessary tool to have.

However, if all your cleaning is at home which it is in my case, I found that a simple bench vise with two 3/4" pine wood pads clamped over the barrel holds the rifle very securely. It's hard to imagine that a cradle could hold it more securely. And the best part, it's terribly cheaper than a cradle assuming you have a bench vise in your shop.

Fort Sandflat. Actually a vise but I use the cradle without locking it in for cleaning. Not truly a cradle tho.
