Cleaning a titanium muzzle break

I recently had a titanium muzzle brake made for a weight specific rifle (12 lbs including scope) For years I have cleaned my stainless steel muzzle brakes by letting them soak in CLR cleaning solution for five minutes and then brushing them out with a nylon brush then flushing them out with soapy water. That process makes them look brand new with little effort and never had a problem with discoloration or damage. I am wondering if any of you have any advice on something specific for titanium brake cleaning.
Thanks, Don

Maybe I am the only one running a titanium brake?
Snipers Hide they use clr to clean Ti Suppressors actually just found it, Clr should work great with the wash n rinse cycle, Primal Rights uses clr to clean his breaks and suppressors he just loaded a vid on youtube about it, how he does it

CLR soaking works. If you have some kind of tuner with a rubber ring, keep that above the CLR soak and then rinse all with water when done.

I've got a SRS Titanium brake. I submerge the brake in CLR and have left it there overnight. Carbon floats off and the brake looks the same with no indication that CLR had any negative impact on the brake.

My brake constantly shoots loose. Have any of you guys used blue Locktite on your brake threads?

I just had this one made by good friend of mine. Going to try it out tomorrow evening. Like I said in above, I have always used CLR for cleaner on my stainless brakes. Never had a problem. I will go with you guys advice on the CLR, thanks. The brake weighs 1.35 ounces.74580342566__DF21F065-37E0-4B71-8AA0-F28977767AB6.jpeg
