Chrony

I probably should have a chrony for load development, what is a good make and model for the money ? I don't want a POS.

I use the the Magnetospeed and really like it. It's much more convenient and so far no issues with readings.

I should have asked this in my last post. Which version magnetospeed , V1 or V2? Most of my rifles don't have brakes or flash hiders etc. and I don't have a bbl with a larger dia. than 1" so it looks to me the V1 would work...but I may be missing something ?? What do you think?

I just received my magnetospeed this week and used it for the first time today. I chose the V2 because it'll work on everything the V1 will, and more, and the carrying case is a nice additional feature. I don't have a muzzle larger than 1 inch but I never know what tomorrow will bring.
Today's results, while disappointing from a shooter's/reloader's perspective, convinced me that I got the right tool for the job. Also convinced me that I need to work a bit harder on my loads and answered the question as to why my groups look like they do at 900 and 1K.
