Cool idea for those that think they need it and can afford it but if I'm presumably doing something else while it's filling cases then I'd want a powder level check before setting the bullet there, Dillon figured that out early on.

Wasn't this the general idea the Supertrickler was supposed to be geared toward? Remember talk of a production oriented direction intended for it. Way too many moving parts and too many functions to misprogram for my liking. Time to put on some more popcorn.

I have the V3 Super Trickler and love it, but this is far beyond my pay grade. As said, too many moving parts. The Super Trickler just about max's me out. I can't even begin to guess at a price on this.

All this automation kind of takes all the fun out of HAND LOADING. Heck I can sit in the house and do absolutely nothing. Seems it would be boring but to each their own I suppose. I just can't see me being busy enough playing in the mancave to need it.

EDIT: A couple of months ago my shooting buddy had me try an RCBS powder measure/dispenser. I found I could completely run that thing in the ground using my small dish and spoon and my Lyman 1500 scales. Plus, the RCBS unit drifted all around the mancave while the Lyman 1500 sit there solid as rock with no issues. Now measuring to the one hundredth of a grain with the Gem 20 would be take longer of course.

You could always pick up a Classic Lee Loader and splurge on some extra scoops I recommend a soft hammer instead of a claw hammer or ball peen.

Perhaps if SuperTrickler ever gets the actual POWDER dispensing part of the operation down….

I wonder how much good factory match ammo you could buy with what that setup costs?
I wouldn’t trust it.
