I have been trying to email Bill at the address on his web page but it keeps bouncing. I'm sure its not because I'm emailing from Australia. His web page is operating (http://www.boltknobsbybill.com), appears you can even make an order, though I haven't completed the check out process to see if it is actually live as I want to further customise a knob.
