changing from 75VMax to 75VMax molly

I worked up a load with my 243 and 46 grns of H4350 .My question is, can i run the same load and switch from non molly to molly 75 VMax without working back up? I found a good deal on the molly's awhile back and snatched them up.
 
you'll probably need to work up from there about another grain or grain @1/2. I would go up 1/2 gr at a time.___treeman
 
O.K so starting at 46 wont be a problem and . I'm happy with the velocity of the 75Vmax with that load its right on the heels of 3500 so if the slick molly bullets put me over the edge that will be great.
