Changing bushings on PTG REAMERS

I need to change bushing sizes on my 17 Remington finish reamer. Getting the very small retainer ring off has been very challenging to say the least! I would appreciate any help on this.

I ground a notch in some straight blade screw drivers to push both legs of the ring. I have 4 different sizes. Practice does make it easier.

a loop of dental floss works well and holds the e clip so it doesn't disappear when it pops off

1st get about a pound of replacements-- i lose one each time i change one- i cut a slot in a piece of shim stock about the width of the groove for removal-- to install i have a very small pair of needle nose pliers/ i was thinking of calling manson and asking for a tool for this job
