I recently purchased a Deluxe Soft Rifle Case from Champion's Choice. A couple of my shooting buddies have these cases and I was impressed with the amount of padding plus they are great looking bags. First match I take it to, I noticed a small rip in the stitching at the zipper. Over the next several days that rip got bigger and I was pretty disgusted. I said something to one of the guys that had one, he said he never had any issues with his and figured they would replace it. I thought, yeah they might, but how many hoops am I going to have to jump through to get it done.

I called CC when I got home and their only request was, could you please send us a picture of it so we can figured out what went wrong and fix the problem. Sure, no problem. Later that day I got a shipping notice that a new one was in the mail. No more questions ask.

So, my hat is off to the good folks at Champions Choice. If you're looking for a really nice case at a very good price to haul your rifle to matches in, I'd highly recommend giving their bags a look.

Whenever I need to buy some 22lr match ammunition I call down there and one of the ladies will go back into the warehouse and see what lots they have and if they are in the same MV as what I am looking for. They have not been in business for a long time because they didn't take care of their customers.

I have the same case as you Dean; I use it for my F-open rifle and, with the tremendous protective padding CC uses, the zipper was a tight squeeze to close over the scope. My case also had the leather/Cordura seam parting in one area. I had a local upholstery shop that had done automotive work for me bolster the seam and resew it all around the entire case for $25. In spite of this I would still buy another if I needed it as they are very good and well padded cases.

They are 2 miles from my house. I love them all. When my daughter was getting into highpower with me, they brought her into the warehouse tossed down a matt and let her try several jackets, gloves and slings one of the older rifle stocks they had in the back. Worked with us for probably an hour. I get almost all of my stuff there, even if I find it a little cheaper elsewhere. Great people who care about shooters.

So can I have the old one :D..they are nice have 2 of them myself.

Same here Dean...My did the same, I called them and they treated me the same. Just FYI..this problem seems to only be with the 58" case from what I'm seeing. I have a couple of the older 52" cases, and they have been around the world and back. Best cases I've ever owned!!

I had the same thing happen....I emailed them a picture just to let them know what had happened, not expecting any substantive response. They immediately emailed an apology and notice that a new one was on its way to me...arrived a few days later. Very impressed to say the least.

I have purchased items from CC since the early 80's always been a good company to deal with.

They have a Long History of Great Service .

I am glad everyone was positive in their comments regarding Champion's Choice. I have 2 kids in 4-H shooting sports. The products we have purchased have been excellent and the sales service is fantastic.

Just the opposite for me. My 58 in has held up fine but my 52 has the rip. They did send out another the same day I called. Great service for sure

Ordered another 58 and a spotting scope stand last night. Case will be here tomorrow, stand on Friday. I live in Louisiana, ya just can’t beat that kinda service!! Great folks!
