Is it possible to get a die manufacturer to take my chamber reamer and make a die (FL) with it?

Not really or maybe I should say it's not really worth taking that path. There are workarounds but it's easier to go with the easier solutions we have now. You can send a reamer print to someone like Whidden and have a die made but they'd rather have fired brass to do it though.

Edit: I’ll add Neil Jones to the list that’ll make you some nice dies off of fired brass. Not sure if he’ll do it off a print.

"We have found the best method to make Custom dies is to use your fired brass from the rifles chamber. We understand early in a rifle build fired brass may not be available. In those circumstances we can use your reamer print but please note the fired brass will usually yield the best results. If you choose to send your fired brass, please do not resize and plan to send in three pieces. Upon completion your brass will be returned to you with your Custom Die."

The die dimensions are actually under the size of the chamber dimensions so using your chamber reamer wouldn't work. If you're looking for a full length bushing die that's a perfect match for your chamber have Neil Jones make you a die set. It doesn't get any better.

no there's not a fired cartridge is a finger print of your chamber, but I die maker wants 3 pieces to compare. and if a die maker makes a custom one for you , you can get a print of it that goes too the ream maker

I have a .30-06 rifle done with a German Salasar designed reamer, He clean up the .30-06 the way he liked for competition , I sent in 3 fired cases to a custom die maker because I thought there would be a big difference, They compared the once fired to the reamer print and told me that a standard .30-06 die would be all I need, I think German did most of the changes in the throat length.
