Looking at the Hodgdon manual online and saw Dasher listed. This is what it showed.

Curious if anyone has ever tried it and how it may have worked out.

Here is an answer to a slightly different question from the one you asked, but it might be interesting to you.

I tried CFE-223 in my 6mm BR Norma and managed a 5 shot group @100 yards of .160 MOA with 29.4gr CFE-223 and SMK 107gr bullets (moly coated by me), CCI 450 primers shot out of a 28" Shilen 1:8 twist barrel, MV 2693 fps.

If EVERY group was that good, it would be my go-to powder for 600yd F-Open competition. Unfortunately I was never able to get performance from CFE-223 quite as consistent as I get from IMR 4895 or Vihtavuori N-140, especially at higher muzzle velocities.

Thanks.

No plans to try it. Curiosity got me as, 1st, was surprised to even see Dasher in that Hodgdon on-line manual. Then it occurred to me that just maybe Shiraz's work to have brass made with that headstamp gave it more legitimacy.

Not really. The 6 Dasher has, over its lifetime, moved from the bench into the F-Class and now the PRS rifle matches. It's a great round with lots of versatility and I think we may see it be "legitimized" in the same way 280 Ackley Improved has been.
BTW, that Dasher data has been on Hodgdon's website for quite a while longer than the Norma brass was even an idea.
