Central Pa Airgun Match Results 5/25

Golf matches cost us several regulars today but we picked up 3 first time shooters. We also had 3 observers. One of them a long time IBS shooter, Melvin Estep. Mel brought along his new Garmin Chrony to try out with an Airgun. What a neat toy. I shot 44 shots for an average of 826 fps with a SD of 3.0. I had one crazy shot velocity wise at a low 813 and the shot edged out of the bottom of the turkey breast. Another IBS shooter who placed second today shot over the little Garmin. His fastest shot edged out the top of a ram, velocity counts. One of our observers is 92 yrs old. When I left he was on the phone in his ordering a rifle. One of the other observes was a rifle in shipment. We are growing. No loading, no cleaning, 3.8 cents a shot. Next matcis Sat June 15th. Thanks to all who came. Winners today.....
