Case Neck turning with Forster Tool

What is the correct way to turn necks with a Forster Appelt case trimmer?
I.E. Do you turn the neck on a fired case, or size the case first and then turn?
Do you inside neck ream before turning and of course before sizing or do you not ream at all if you turn the neck?

Just a comment on inside neck reaming. I had some .220 Swift cases that shot alright but thought I could make them better by inside neck reaming. After shooting the inside neck modified cases, I threw them away. I ruined them with the inside neck reamer.

I full size cases and then size the necks, I do this separately, then I turn the necks because my mandrels are for neck sized cases. You want 0.001 of an inch between the expander mandrel and the turning mandrel. Best of luck...
