I've got some twice-loaded Winchester brass in .25-06. During the most recent neck-sizing session, on a dozen or so of the cases, the expander ball did not even drag against the inside of the case neck while sizing. At best, it dragged only lightly on the majority of the cases.
Is my Redding neck die not properly sizing the necks, or is this normal after a few reloads? I'm concerned that neck tension will vary from bullet to bullet. Do I have the neck die adjusted improperly?
