Do i need to use any lube with my wilson neck size die maby a dry lube ? Its for 223 rem

I don't have Wilson neck dies, but it depends on the bushing type. I use lube with my steel (Redding) bushings, but no lube with the Titanium Nitride bushing.

Don't need any lube with the Nitride bushings but it doesn't hurt anything if you just wipe a little from your fingers after massaging some into them. I find it cuts down any scratching you might get if sizing dry.

I have used steel bushings for years without any lube other than the residual oil from removing powder fouling from case necks with 0000 steel wool. I did have one Wilson bushing that was lightly scratching my case necks and managed to polish it so that it no longer does that.

I believe the basic advice is to use lube with Steel Bushings and not required with Nitride Bushings however I have found I achieve better results using some lube with both.

Before sizing in my Wilson Die with either type of Bushing I spray some Ballistol Oil onto a rag and wipe the necks of each case prior to sizing. The Ballistol I find removes most every trace of the carbon fouling from the case necks without resorting to some abrasive like steel wool and it leaves an oil coating for the sizing process. I change the small rag often as it gets very black from the carbon removed.

If I am sizing already clean necks I will use the same method with Ballistol or a tiny wipe with some Imperial Sizing Wax from my finger.

Either method for me leaves very clean and shiny necks after sizing with no marks as I found not using any lube at all.

I clean my bushings inside before and after use.
