Case annealing - help needed

Being a Belgian high volume shooter,100 and 300 meter prone competition) I want to buy a BC 1000 Automatic Case Annealer,Ken Light Manufacturing) However, upon contacting them, the aforementioned company told me they do not ship overseas. Could anyone assist me in getting one of these machines for the 6mmBR? I would gladly pay in advance to cover all the costs,+ some extra for the trouble involved) in order to get one. Help in this matter would be very much appreciated.

This would not be illegal would it ?
I doubt that this piece of equipment would be considered as such but you never know these days.
If it's all above board I'll be glad to help you out.
I wish they would hurry up and send mine. I see from my bank statement that the check was just cashed so maybe in a while it will show up.....

Many tx. for your offer to help me with this. To answer your questions: it is definitely not illegal, I order stuff regularly at Sinclair's and as long as the shipment doesn't contain ammo parts or gun parts I don't need an import permit. So nothing to worry about legality. So how can we get started?
