Does anyone know of a tabulated list of cartridge specifications? The SAAMI specs are available, but only in drawing form (that I can find). I'm looking for basics like cartridge length, rim diameter, headspace and datum, diameter at base and neck juncture, and shoulder angle.

I have never seen such a tabulated list of case specs, not saying there is no such thing, just that I have never seen one. saami case prints and reamer prints is where I always look for case specs. reading prints can be challenging at times , but with some practice it is not all that bad.

Kurz, that's a nice table, for what it is. Odd that he stopped at .279" cartridges. Someone could cut/paste this into a spreadsheet, add some columns (datum, shoulder angle, etc.), delete some rows ("19 Calhoon"?), and have a good start. Still a lot of work to add in the new specs from SAAMI and other sources.

There are radio buttons at the bottom of each page with other sets of data listed. It covers all rifle + metric and pistol.

You can Google search for many individual cartridges and get drawings. Put WIKI after the case name. SEARCH: (30-30 WIKI). It works most of the time.

You can go to SAAMI or CIP and get a complete book (if printed out) of all of the drawing that they list. No need to search one at time.

Something similar to this....started long time ago and never finished....
