Care & Feeding For PNW Rear Sight

I have a PNW rear sight that I suspect could use a cleaning and lube job. Anyone here either have points for how to do it myself, or can recommend someone they trust for sight service? It's the backup sight at the moment, so I can afford the time to send it somewhere.
