Carbon fiber bedding block?

It wont hurt. But it probably wont help either. Carbon fiber is extremely stiff. Generally as you stiffen up a rifle the nodes will get smaller, and the rifle will be harder to keep in tune. Carbon fiber is not a material I would want in a competition rifle.

Scoville and Manners CF stocks work quite well. I have two Manners F-Class stocks and the long, stiff forends provide a balance and handling advantage. Neither one has any problem whatsoever holding tune. Both have won a few matches.

As with any product and material; proper design and material use is critical.

I agree. I use a lot of cf Manners hunting stocks. And the Scovilles work very well in short range br. However my experience with different stocks, some that I have built to test this is where I base my opinion. I will take a little more flexible forend on my long range rifles than a very stiff one.
