Cantilevered Davidson Rings

I have a Panda with the integral dovetail base and would like to set a scope a little farther forward. Does anyone know of a source for a cantilevered Davidson type ring, 30mm?

Originally I planned to slide a Picatinny rail over the dovetail to allow forward mounting, but that set up is higher than desired. A lower profile dovetail-to-picatinny rail would also work.

Al's rail has 20 moa built in, so does my Panda. Otherwise, I agree, his is the best.

My picatnny rail was made with 0 MOA to slide over the 20 MOA F-Class dovetail rail, thereby maintaining the 20 MOA.
