Canjar trigger parts

I recently acquired a custom mauser 98 with a canjar trigger. I don't know anything about them except the gunsmith told be they are top notch. I would like to keep the canjar but it needs a trigger shoe and a safety (slide type). Where can I find these parts or should I just go with a timney?

Was the shoe held on with a hole with a set screw in it.Could you try and post a trigger pic or two and the safety lever. If it is a mauser you could go back to the safety on the bolt shroud and you would be in business. I have a shoe that fits over a trigger blade and it is held on with set screws.I also have a junker canger? that I could strip for parts.

The set trig Canjars did not have a safety . They were good but tend to get dirty and malfunction easy . The set shoe is only for the set (4-10 oz) you can fit a std shoe ( ace ) and still have a great trig . I would be interested in any set Canjar parts triggers . I have timney ,bold and others in stock . Also have any Mauser parts you could need . NECG has a Canjar STYLE set trig . You may see if they are interchangeable. Canjar has been out of business for a few + years .

Every set" Canjar I have(10 -15), has a saftey. I don't belive the Canjar "Light Pull" trigger came with a saftey.
