Cancellations for the Southwest Nationals

The below message was emailed to all of the registered shooters in the match.

Shooters,


The 2018 Southwest Nationals filled up in record time this year, and the waiting list is currently around 150 people. We have heard that some people signed up for the match without knowing for sure if they can attend. Because of this, we are making the following changes to the match program regarding refunds, in an effort to include as many people in the competition as possible.


- All cancelations before December 1, 2017 will receive a full refund of match fees*

- Any cancelations between December 2, 2017 and January 1, 2018 will receive a 50% refund of match fees*

- Any cancelation between January 2, 2018 and February 1, 2018 will receive a 25% refund of match fees*

- Any cancelations after February 1, 2018 will not receive a refund of match fees

*Subject to processing fee


We strongly encourage those who need to cancel their registration for the match to do so as soon as possible, so those next on the waiting list can make plans to attend the match. If you wish to cancel your registration or have any questions, please email southwestnationals@gmail.com.

Not according to the rules. The position would be assigned in order from the 'waiting list'.

Hello Matthew.. How can I find out where I am on the stand by list? I think I had to be one of the first to not make it in to the long range stuff. I tried about 4pm the Sunday of when we were to sign up..
