Can you shoot with a muzzle brake in Short BR?

Gun muffler is allowed in UBR, unlimited class is what ever you want to shoot. Brakes are allowed also, you might not have any friends when done, but they are allowed. We had a guy show up with a rifle with muffler on it, shoot off bipod if I remember correctly. He didn't do to bad. Kinda of funny, you would here BANG, BANG, BANG, and the poof!!

I had a guy blowing my hat off while shooting at an ibs match. I suppose he had a short barrel with a break on it ...
But that's not legal ?

Had a guy with a braked 300WM shooting next to me at the public range the other day. Quite literally knocked my cartridge box over.

They need to be banned to the end of the line with space in between.
