Can someone recommend hunting jacket and pants?

I'm hoping to go pheasant and turkey hunting for the first time, and I don't want to be the guy who shows up in all cotton gear on a rainy day. Been looking at some options on the internet, but I don't really know where to start. Lots of reviews have mentioned concerns about noisy fabric, water resistance, wind resistance, and flexibility. I've seen decent looking suits for under $100, but they're made in China. I've made it a personal mission to not buy anything from China.

A few notes:
I sweat . . . A LOT!
Coldest temperatures I anticipate are above 10 degrees
I generally stay warm as long as I have a good wind break
Fleece lining is mandatory

Thanks all

Personally, I think you'd catch more flack if you showed up in $500 worth of "gear" as opposed to the guy in jeans/hoody and and orange hunting vest or something like that. I ended up with some of the brush pants with nylon on the fronts a couple years ago and like them alot. There is absolutely no reason to hunt pheasant in camo unless you're just one of those guys that hunting = camo. If you're warm and dry you will be fine. The brush pants and waterproof boots will take care of most weather problems unless you're hunting in the rain. That's just nuts.
