Can Small primer Firing pin size .062 can also be used on large rifle primer too

I'm interested in having 6.5 x47 lapua built on a custom receiver. If I order a bolt with .062 firing pin and decide later to rebarrel to a caliber that uses large rifle primers, will I be able to use the same bolt?

No problem. That FP diameter is very effective for touching off large or small primers.
