Can anyone suggest a safe place to start w/ BRA, Varget, and 112 match burners

the 112 match burners I've checked needed sorting, lots of ogive length variation
What high bc 6mm match bullets have you noticed have good ogive consistency from bullet to bullet if you feel like sharing for us hobbyists haha?

Also, have you noticed any of them being more consistent as far as bc variation?

if the cases are already fire formed - a lot of guys end up at 31.5 of varget for 105-110 class bullets. the barnes is heavier, so start down a grain and work up just to make sure you don’t hit pressure earlier.

if you’re fire forming you’ll need a few grains less at least.

Thanks to you all for the input. I did notice considerable variation when measuring ogive length. Will be shooting a powder trial today.

Try some Berger 108's at least .010 off and 31.3/.5gr Varget
Can try 30.2gr 4895 up to 30.6 just go carefully and see how pressure is going and that is for ALL your loads no matter what powder you end up using...
{30.3 - 31.5 of some RL-15 or H4350, they are just a bit slower} some CCI BR-4's or my favorite for all small primer 6mm- CCI 450's.
Find a load that groups the best then play with seating depth to further tighten group.

I'm shooting them at 29.9 SW Precision in a 26" BR and its quite a mild load at 2700 FPS.

If you shoot them and decide the variation in bearing surface is killing it for you, you could easily sell them and get your $ back out of them in the current environment.

Oddly, I bought a 500ct box to try and measured a bunch at random and found .003 - .004 variation at most in bearing surface. My BR loves them.

I pulled all of what I had loaded, and sold them to a friend who just had to have them.
He says they shoot very good. We'll find out the next time I shoot against him.
I'm gonna enjoy kicking his behind.
