Can anyone identify these flags

I have a new set of flags but have never seen anything like them before. They are made by a Dave Thompson. Are they for rimfire? They are very light. Any help would be appreciated.

It shouldn't make any differences if they're for rimfire or big bore. They wind would affects the flags the same.

Show a photo of a mounted one.

Something changed in the OP.

The stands and the size of the vain would matter. can you see them at long distances ?
My Ezells are hard to see by eye 150+. I can't tell which way they point or how fast the pixy wheel is spinning.
