Cameron at Murphy Precision

As a lot of you recommended Murphy Precision when I could not find a base for my Kimber K22 SVT, I went ahead and placed an order with them. Yesterday the little brown truck dropped the base off. This morning, I went out do install it. I opened and looked it over and realized this was a top shelf product! I then laid it on the receiver to make sure the holes matched up. They did. I then went to put the first screw in and realized that the 8-40 screws were too big. I called Cameron and told him. He said that about 20% of the time this happens and that Kimber would change up over the years and use 6-48 screws. He said no problem and that he would make up the right base, with the right size holes and screws and send them out to me asap complete with a return label. WOW, I see why Murphy Precision (Cameron) is so highly recommended!

Cameron did right by me. In fact we measured and poked around long distance, and he built a 0 base, Pic rail for me long distance. On the money!!! Heck of an engineer.

First class work from a first class guy! He built me a beautiful 25 moa base for my Remington 700 sa. A work of art. When the word gets out he will be very busy. Great guy to deal with.

Cam's products are all I use. Wish he still made the stainless and Ti scope rings. Never had to lap a single ring.

So, he DID make scope rings! I wondered why he didn't. I use Ken Farrell base and rings but would make the switch.

Was lucky enough to snag a pair of stainless on this site as well. They are like gold. Anyone looking to sell, let me know.
