My last dealings with them was Black Friday of 2019, it took 7 months to get the scope I ordered. At first it wasn’t there fault the scope was back ordered everywhere, and I knew that but they had a good sale going so I chose to wait. The guy told me that there was only a handful of people so the first shipment I would get one.
When the month they said it would ship came and went I gave them a call to see what was up. They told me that they received a shipment and that my order number didn’t fall in that shipment of those scopes… I almost canceled it right then but was already months into it so figured I would give it more time. After the 6th month rolled around I called to cancel and they told me that the shipment was coming in that week.
Two weeks later I was doing my online banking and noticed I had been billed a few days prior. I was gonna call but the cope showed up a few days later. Never got notice that it was shipping.
Like you I have used Bear Basin over the last 10-12 years. I have bought 3-4 scopes through them and prior to the above mentioned it was a good dealings.

This, I bought a Leupold Comp from him about 10 years ago, he acted like a ass on the phone after a simple question, after he had ran my card. I was pissed, but he already charged and knew he would hassle me with a refund.
That was the last order I ever made from that place.
