I just got a Bushnell XRSII 4.5x30-50mm scope. Can anyone tell me if I can mount this with a 40 moa base and still be able to zero at 100 yards? Caliber 6mm 115gr bullet at 2900fps.
The scope says it has a total 33 mils of elevation, So 16.5 Mils up If you add 40 moa (11.5 Mils) you still have about 5 mils left, But I want to make sure that someone has done it, before I spend some money on a good mount.
