Bushnell Nitro Scopes

Midway has Bushnell Nitro 6-24, both first and second focal plane, on sale at very good prices. I wouldn't expect high dollar quality, but how good are those things? Has anyone any experience with them?

Yes I am looking for info too. What is the difference in the Bushnell Nitro and the Vortex crossfire ll in The 6-24-50 Scope ???? I think the Bushnell is 50.00 less right now. Thanks. Marty

I took a Nitro 5-20 FFP p-dog shooting this year. I liked the scope when shooting 100, 200, 300 yds
here in Indiana but when I was trying to tag some of those p-dogs at 600 plus it was a little blurry.
It was like the parallax was not working. My Sightron, Athlon, Vortex were fine.

I put one of the 5-20x on my target 10/22 and like it so far. I also just ordered one of the 4-16x for another rimfire. Midway has them on sale along with the Sightron S-Tac 3-16x for the same price. I ordered the Sightron, but returned it after seeing the MOA-3 reticle was way too fine for me to use for a hunting scope. The reticle disappears in any type of dark colored background such as brush or trees. The reticle on the Bushnell's are thicker lines.
